Paladin Securitization Auditors is a rip-off company.  If you inquire with their services, Chris will haunt you relentlessly promising an in-depth securitization report on your note and mortgage.  The promises are endless, and he will haunt you daily until you succumb to those promises.  They request an 'initial' payment of $800.00 for this promised 'comprehensive audit report'.   Actually, they ask that you deposit it into their Bank of America account 'to get the investigation going more quickly'

After paying the $800.00, the calls stop - as do the promises.   In fact, you end up calling Paladin over several weeks inquiring about the status of the 'report'.  You are told that they are doing this, that or the other thing.  Several weeks later you receive your report:  a one-page summation of facts you already knew.  Actually, the one I received actually had blatant errors in it.  Of course, a refund of your money is denied. Instead you are 'offered' additional services (i.e. the PSA) that should have been included in the report in the first place.

In short, please learn from my mistake.  Stay far, far away from this bogus company whose 'services' come nowhere close to the price you are asked to pay.  I intend to pursue complaints with the Attorney General's office in my state and in Wyoming.
