Palm Beach Jewelry My Speech Is Impaired Because Of Stroke And I Was Called Names And Hung Up On When I Called About Their Pricing Mistake Boca Raton Florida

I am a wife, mother and grandmother who suffered a massive stroke a couple of years back. I was in a coma for 5 days and the hospital and rehab for months.  During that time it was discovered I have cancer and tacardyia of my heart.  I have difficulties speaking as a result of my stroke. I'm home-bound because of my health issues.

On Friday July 1, 2016 I decided I had to order some things online from Walmart.  Palm Beach Jewelry is an independent vedor selling their jewelry on Walmart's website.  Because of the high medical bills, doctors and medications we literlly owed thousands.  My husband and I had to sell just about all we had including our wedding rings.

After I ordered 2 of Walmart's items I went to look at the wedding bands just to think how nice it would be to have some rings again and have our Pastor come over and bless them while our daughter and family looked on before I pass away.  I now have a nurse who comes over twice a week for Care And Comfort, until I need a hospice nurse is necessary.

I found these lovely rings that a man and woman could wear and the price was affordable to me.  So I asked my husband if we could get them and it was a go.  A few minutes later I got a confirmation email for my items plus the rings showing that each ring was only $26.99 or a total of $53.98.  I was happy that I could have something I missed dearly and have my family over to see us get our marriage blessed.

The next morning I went onto the website to see the rings again so I could get the informatiion to show my daughter and saw that the rings were now $399.99 each!!  I was shocked and horrified and scared to death!  I didn't have the money in my account to cover the cost of the rings if they were that much!  I would have never ever ordered them!

I immeadiately called Walmart to see what happend.  I spoke to one young woman and explained what had happened.  Her name was Erica.  She than put me through to another lady by the name of Stephanie and I had to explain everything again.  She that Palm Beach Jewelry vendor and that they are responsible for the mistake and pricing.

There's more but I think can guess what happened next.  Both Walmart and Palm Beach Jewelry started shifting the blame back and forth.  Keep in mind I'm mentally and physically stressed out at this point.  My last call to Palm Beach I was told "corporate" would call within 48 hours.  About 2 hours later a man called (I think his name was Mark, but not sure) and he was rude and consending.  He was mimicking my speech and literally had me in tears. Oh yes, and the name calling.  The more upset I get, the less I can speak.  If you know anyone who has had a massive stroke, you would understand what I'm talking about. 

Now you might think Walmart is responsible but if you read the "fine print" you will see that this vendor now has my $53.98.  I got this information in the cancelation notice I recieved from them.  I've been hurt and humliated and berated from Palm Beach Jewelry.  There was no aplogy for their mistake.  I still have the original email showing the rings being priced as stated.  It was their error. Not mine.  It was their emplyee that treated me sub-human.  I'm dying.  We're all dying.  Mine is just happening much quicker than most and all I wanted were those rings for my husband and myself...Thank You Kindly And Blessings
