I ordered a engagement ring for my girlfriend. When receive it was not what i expected. So they advertise 30 day hassle-free refund. I use the return label the company sent me in return the merchandise. Its been over 2 weeks and they say they have not received it. it was sent Priority Mail which takes 2 to 3 days. I have contact them in email and phone and they still say they have not received it. since I used the return label They Including i didn't receive a tracking number and the company knows this and they are taking advantage of a situation. Do not buy from this company!!
