PLEASE - I BEG YOU - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!

When our home was set up by Palm Harbor, it was put in the wrong location and facing the wrong way. We designed and completed a layout for the home to put in a certain location however they misread the instructions and put our home where THEY wanted it. We paid extra for landscaping and we never had any grass planted in our yard. Consequently have running gulley rivers and holes all over the yard. It's a big red clay pit with rocks and ruts everywhere!

There is a horrble smell from the sewage tank and standing, stagnant water throughout the yard. The floor in the center of the house, running the entire length of the house is uneven and there are pockets of little dips in the floor as well. The carpet that was put in is incorrect and some of the wood for the cabinets is buckled and bubbled. We were told be 5 different people that these problems would be correct but to date it took us over a year to get the heat/ac fixed and one floor tile!

Not to mention that we were advised that our entire down payment was used for a "DOUBLE" closing cost. So we virtually had no money down and I personally put $10,000.00 down on this piece of sh*t. The land was worth some money but the home was a rubber band, spit and glue, tin shack! Also we were GUARANTEED that the home would be closed within 90 days or the closing cost was FREE. They lied again! It was more than 90 days and the never refunded anything! They are all LIARS!!!!
