Palm Harbor Homes Home had defective skylights from day one damage to roof excessive, they will not own up to their trash skylights. The heating and ac ducting fell off, the toilets were installed on top of the rugs. Wilmington, North Carolina

The home has had a roof leak since new as it slowly leached into the roof from a faulty installed skylights. The leak came through after about 1.5 years they recommended an individual for sealing, he came up twice failing to fix leak. I sealed the skylights the best I could but the leak spread into the roof material. Now it has finally broke through to kitchen and bathroom doing extensive damage. The skylights are junk. I have to file a claim with my insurance company, never buy a home from them with skylights. They installed the toilets over the rugs in both bathrooms I had to cut them out and replace seals. The heating and AC ducts fell off as they didn't tie wrap them properly. The rug at the center never did match up. At the time I bought it, the sales people were great, the turn over is amazing probably no one there now who helped me. I recogmend avoiding this product although overall I like the home and these problems could have been resolved before it got out of hand.
