I have been trying to get in touch with John Palmerson since November 14, 2008. We were working with one of his coaches and then all of a sudden the coach was unreachable. He said he would check things out and I have still not heard anything back from him. I am very disappointed. We were promised to be worked with until we got a grant. We spent $5250 on these materials. We got very minimal information from the coach and were left to do way too much on our own for that kind of money. We want a resolution to this matter. At this point a refund would be nice. Please don't turn out to be one of those companies that preys on innocent people just to make a buck.
