Paramount Acceptance - Riviera Fitness Center Gym Memberships Ripoff Gym Membership! Hard to cancel too! Salt Lake City Utah

You know how when your financial institution sends you a new debit/credit card and you pay all your bills that way? And you forget to contact one of them to change the expiration date on your contract??? Well, Riviera Fitness Center (or anywhere that is associated with Paramount Acceptance) will charge you an UNWAVABLE $20 late fee for not calling them and updating your card. I called 3 different people at their main office in Salt Lake City and they are not only unable to help me, but I cannot speak directly to a supervisor or manager...only through voicemail. This is complete BS.

How's this for losing my business FOREVER!

And then when I went to cancel, it's hard to do! Not only do I have to fax them a written cancellation request, I have to call them until they confirm the cancellation! ARGH!
