Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud, most commonly used in retail sales but also applicable to other contexts. First, customers are "baited" by advertising for a product or service at a low price; second, the customers discover that the advertised good is not available and are "switched" to a costlier product.

This is from Wikipedia, you ordered blades that you thought were original equipment, no where does it say it is original equipment. Even the part number under item # is a S335855 which is a stens 335-855. Under our ordering info page it states, 7. Pictures on our website may not be the actual part, but rather a sample.
 Please do not order parts based on the picture. Please order by matching the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) Part #. This is also in red bold lettering to stand out more. 

You were never contacted before we shipped out your blades saying they were not available and tried getting you to purchase more expensive ones. The only time we mentioned the original equipment blades was after you recieved the aftermarket blades you ordered and you wanted the cub cadet oem blades, which are more expensive than aftermarket blades.

So this is not a bait and switch tactic.  It is the consumer getting what they ordered online.  If there were any questions regarding the product, we offer parts support via email to answer any questions regarding products we offer.  We also offered a full refund if you send them back using the cheapest method you choose that will save you the most money.   

Please stop with the false allegations and if you would still like to ship them back, we are still offering the full refund back on the items but not the shipping. Thanks
