We took our riding Toro lawnmower in to Pat's Small Engine Plus to have a belt replaced and a new blade put on it. They had it for two weeks, and when they finally got it done today and we brought it home, I started it up immediately to begin mowing. The mower sounded TERRIBLE, like something was loose and rattling, and I mowed for about 40 feet when one of the belts started shredding and the mower stopped cutting. Of course, they were closed for the day/weekend when I immediately called them to complain!

The mower was returned to Pat's Small Engine Plus on the following Monday, and we picked it back up four days later. It is now working to our satisfaction.
