Pats Small engine Plus wrong parts per online information Isanti, Minnesota

ordered a small engine starter by online information they had, was not enough or correct info.  when received was wrong starter.  called and reordered for new starter. could not get any help from multi people on phone about a refund.  after two weeks and multi phone calls  they could not decide to charge 10% or 20% restocking fee.  

they would not pay for return shipping or refund 1st shipping.  when i did get credit the first guy i talked with issused it.  why did he not do this in the beginning.  i order alot of parts online but have never incountered this incompetent service. i will never buy from this company again. i guess they don't relie on repeat customers.
