PAYBYCASH Ultimatepay.com Fraud, Theft, No customer service , Internet

Paybycash.com DO NOT GO THERE OR PAY THEM MONEY. So i play an interent game called war of legends, where you make small purchases to get special items and what not. So i go about my usuall way to pay, by echeck(i made 2 payments by echeck for $10 each), and all of a sudden 1 check is returned and they charge me a $25 fee on top of my purchase. So realizing i made a mistake on the Echecks i went out and bought 2 Ultimate Gamer Cards($20 each, to cover both checks), cause thats the only way they accept payment after a bounced echeck, and applied them to my account. After appling them to my account i got a response form ''Annette G.'' which wasnt even addressed to me--------

Looks like this customer did indeed make 2 payments of 20.00/each by UG,  but of course at that time, we had no way to know it was because his check was going to be returned.

I think it would be fine to go ahead and waive the NSF fee and if you can go ahead and unblock his account and release it to him.

So i emailed my games billing support, and they said they havent seen any credits applied to my account yet. So giving paybycash the benefit of doubt, i waited 3 business days for it to be applied. It wasnt, so i contacted them again through there Ask a Question contact method cause there is no phone number listed. NO RESPONSE, i finally state that if this is not resolved today i will be contacting my attorney first thing in the morning. WOW that got a response in 2 minutes where they gave me a number that goes straight to voicemail. HMMMM not looking to promising. Then i check my games account to see if it had gone through and all of a sudden it was DOUBLED!!!!!! i was at - 300 j credits($30) when this first happend, now it is at - 600($60) this is after i applied $40 in ultimate game cards (+400 credits). All in all i hope i have explained the situation well enough, my mind is racing at the fact im out $40 and my debt was doubled.................DO NOT PAY THROUGH THEM IF YOUR ACCOUNT GOES NEGATIVE BEST BET IS TO START OVER CAUSE ITS A MONEY PIT.
