PAYDAY LOAN RESOURCE CENTER WITHDREW FUNDS FROM MY CHECKING ACCT,W/O MY PERMISSION I CANCELED VIA THE WEBSITE WITHIN 10DAYS AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME. THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I BELIEVE PHOENIX, ARIZONA

I looked at an ad for a cash advance on March 28th 2009. I started to fill out the form and realized that I should not be doing this I got a bad feeling. I canceld right there online and within minutes I was literally getting hundreds of payday emails and also text messages.

ON April 10th 2009 I looked at my bank account and I was charged $17.93 and Called the bank and they told me it was a company named Online Resource Ctr. Their phone number is 1-866-955-0833. I called the number and listened to a 5 minute recording and then I got a live person. I explained to them that I canceld it that night I applied for it and they said we need your ss# I was unhappy about that but gave it to them and they said they have no record of me canceling and will cancel my subscription right now. I am leary of this and will probrably close my account now. They said they would not give a refund because its a contract and I will not get one. They gave me their terms and conditions website and if you go their it says it doesnt exist. (www.pdloancs.com) So you can try to use that against them.

Also on the payday loan resource center website it says you authorize $7.81 it doesnt mention anything about $17.93 so you can possibly use that also. I called the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint against them and they are aware of them but said they are very elusive. Go to the BBB website and file a complaint and start making a paper trail. Also I believe the owner of the company is Maiada Lopez or Jay Thomas. I also got another employee's name of Joanne Adams. Also I found out that they use to be in Rome, Georgia and the BBB investigator went there and the office was abandoned. I would file a complaint with BBB in Arizona. I would file a police report with phoenix,arizona police department and also call up the Arizona dept of finanacial institutions 602-255-4421. PLease keep me updated with any new information. I am looking into a class action law suit and also criminal charges. please keep a paper trail, get names and numbers and Hopefully Will have a blog or website. We need to stop these people they are scumbags and are preying on the weak. Also if you are disablaed we might bring discrimantion charges and taking advantage of a disabled person. Lets keep in touch and together we have enough of us to put them out of buisness.
