.....unless You like to be Scammed and Ripped Off.....

I was referred to use this company through my property management association called Coast Management to use my credit card in order to pay my various, necessary assessments and monthly homeowner's association monthly dues and What a Big Mistake it was!

They told me that their transaction fees would be Very Low and that was NOT TRUE!

When I tried yesterday to make a payment in order to pay for a $708.00 assessment to pay for termite extermination, this company tried to Illegally and Fraudulently charge me $9.95!

Are they Freakin' Crazy or What?

That is so d**n Expensive!

When I pay for my monthly electrical bill to Southern California Edison, I Only pay a $1.50 to $1.75 transaction fee and NO more, regardless of how much the bill is.

Furthermore, to make matters worst, when I did try to make the $708.00 payment to PayLease, their fee was NOT $9.95 as I was told.

Try $37.33!

Can you believe it?

What a Scam and Illegal Operation that they are Running and Getting Away With So Far, Until Further Notice!

I Honestly do NOT know how this company stays in business and they think that they are Honest!

Lastly, I did write to the company to complain about their Very High and Intense Fees, including their Increased  Fees of ($37.33) and I only had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Pete Z., the Chief Compliance Officer of the company and here is his response relating to his Bogus $9.95 Fee to use your Credit Card which is NOT even True!

As Mr. Waters explained to you, PayLease offers a service that allows people to make online rent or HOA payments using their bank accounts for a fee of $2.95.  This is our most popular service and it is a reasonable alternative to the $9.95 fee we charge for telephone transactions.  Unfortunately, we will not waive the $9.95 fee for taking your transaction by phone, nor will we give you a $1.75 fee for conducting your recurring transactions online.  If those are your conditions for doing business with us, we respectfully choose to decline your business.

We understand that people have many options for making their rent and HOA payments.  While we work hard to make our service appealing to a broad range of people, we also understand that our service is not likely to appeal to everyone.  We wish that it wasn't the case, but it is clear that our service does not appeal to you.  You do, however, have other options for making your payments, which include paying by check without a fee.
