payment systems corp Very Deceptive and misleading fraudulan t practices los angeles, California

This company is very deceptive and  the customer service is horrible. They told me that the rates were 1% for processing andd that there was a flat rate of $85 inluding the machine and that they would pay off the previous processing company and buy out the lease if i switched... well i switched and it has been a nightmare ever since ... i call atleast 3 times a month since october 2011 i get the same person to tell me that someone will contact me and they never do, i spoke with someone named daisy and she spoke with the other company on confrenece and they faxed over the old contract and let the old company know that they (pymt sys) will pay the cancellation fee and it has never been paid to this day and i am being charged by the old company monthly , i have called and spoke with daisy in april and she let me know that the issue would be resolved by april 28 2012 and i would be reimbursed the fees that i was being charged for them not paying the cancellation fee and the mix up of information and that someone will contact me soon !

 its now may30th and no one has contacted me yet ! so i call and speak with someone new and she tells me that the have no record of what was told to me and daisy no longer works there and i have to pay the cancellation fee !!! byt little do they know every time i call it has been recorded just like in the beginning when i had them to break down the price and process for everything when i spoke with Abby about the machine and the flat rate processing on (september 23, 2011) ..
