The company tried to fix the computer remotely, for spam e-mail issues, after they got done with the service, the computer will not boot, just getting a black screen. They have contracted with a local company for deep clean, but the local company stated the the operating system is destroyed and needs to be re-installed. PC Care Support will not refund my money or pay the local computer company. The problem was a simple spam issue and now the computer is destroyed.
