PCH Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes Claims "No Purchase Necessary" This is a lie! Internet

I receive several emails each day from PCH.  I did sign up to enter their sweepstakes online. 

The emails that want me to search to enter are no big deal.  I search for something, ad I assume I've entered.

Other emails take me to their shopping web site.  If I exit without buying something, a window pops up, asking me if I really want to exit without a purchase, I will forfeit my entry.

Once, I did buy something, and I was build $26.42 for 2 sets of plastic tongs.  They make it sound like a great price, but when you read the fine print, it says "4 payments of 4.99" or some such price.  But the 4.99 is in large, bold print.

In summary, "No Purchase Necessary" is meaningless to PCH.  I will not count on winning this sweepstakes!  I only participate in the "Search to Enter" links.
