Received a collection letter from Penn Credit for a parking ticket supposedly issued to me in a city I've never been to for a car I never owned. Called the 800 # provided and they said they will notify the client (City of Delray Beach)...waiting to see what happens...Seemed too easy.. Maybe it's one of those mass mailings that I've heard about that go out hoping some pay without questioning.
