penn warranty blaming everyone else but themselves hanover Pennsylvania

 on 4-5-2013 my daughter had car problems on the way back to school from new york. her car started smoking in the rear. she called AAA had it towed back to college in allentown from new jersey. the next day had it towed to monroe because the tow truck driver stated it was a raidtor hose an easy fix. after inspecting the car the man at monroe stated that the engine was no good. Had the car towed back to where i purchased it in plymouth pa. the owner had it towed to a garage that would honor the warranty. to this date the car has not been fixed it has been almost two months and the warranty expires on 6/3.

have made numberous calls to the warranty company and the service station. the warranty company states the file has been closed because the garage owner has not set i time for someone to look at the car. the garage owner john states the warranty company is holding him up and has not showed to inspect the vechile and that he had to take numberous pictures and fax them to the warranty company. he does not know why the engine seized up that for some reason it just overheated.

so since 4/6 i have to drive to allentown to give my daughter my car so she could go to work and run errands while she was away at school. she has been home since 5/8 and continues to use my car so she can get to her two jobs and take classes at the local community college. In the event of an emergency i have no car my mother is disabiled and i had to cancel doctor appointments because i have no way to get there i also have the same disability that my mother has just not to the degree that she does. all i want is my car fixed or the purchase price returned to me so i can purchase a new car. the owner that sold me the car runs an excellent business and has been working wiht me trying to get this car fix.
