People PC Internet Service Ripoff Refuse to cancel my account and continue to take money out of my credit card. San Francisco California

I signed up with people pc early part of 2005. My computer crashed so I called people pc to cancel my membership since i no longer had a computer. after being on hold for several minutes a girl finally answered I told her my problem and she insisted on giving me 2 free months. I told her no, because I work out of state and I wouldn't be about to call. Them she told me they would go ahead and cancel me. months later they started taking money out of my credit card. last month i called and asked them cancel me again and i was told that it had been canceled long time ago. They credited my account for $30.80. today i received my credit card bill and people pc took 43.70 out of my credit card. i called them again today and mike told me they were not going to credit my account. that they had nothing showing in his computer that i had ever talked to anyone excepted when i called to change my pass word. he was very rude. i told him i was going to put them on the rip-off reports, he said ni could do whatever i wanted to. i am a senior
citizen and i only get $600 a month income the money they are taking is coming out of my medication and food money.
