PEP BOYS Stuart Mast is the manager. I called Everyone in Customer Service . They Broke My car (I Believe) and won't have anything rectified. This is a libertarian state. People are Corporations. I am disabled but I need to work. I don't like to drive unless I really have to.  I need a good running car; before Pep Boys that is what it was.  Nevada Las Vegas

I believe recently & unfortunately for me. Josh , Stewart, Alex, Omar are the people I dealt with. I ended up calling customer the 1800#. My car was working fine prior to all this. I made a appointment with Pep Boys on Sunday on West Lake Mead LV 89128. I took it in for maintenance only. I just wanted a oil change and tire rotation. Once I got it it back I already saw problems with the lights & questioned Josh & Stewart. They rationalized it I had to get going even though I didn't believe a word they said especially Josh who was a new worker.

I had to pick my PC that day and noticed it wasn't drivable. I didn't plan to drive until Wednesday. I needed to do errands Wednesday September 15 and it wouldn't back up and all the lights were on. I called Pep Boys in a Panic. They said they would tow it for me. Next morning they didn't know what the problem was? Then I get call back a few hours later from Stewart of Pep Boys. Something to do with Suburu Computer System and the transmission. I question it. He kept saying it is a Coincidence. I called Suburu and told them I want to have it towed there & Within a hour Stewart called me & told me to cancel Suburu that they fixed it.

They knew someone that understood Suburu's. Then they gave me a hard time with getting a ride. I didn't get my car back until Sunday September 19, 2021 with my neighbors . Stewart and Josh lied to our faces. My neighbors & people in don't want to be involved. They are a 3rd party. But mentioned - 22.000 miles. Suburu last. I drove it again Wednesday September 22, 2021 and the same thing started; the all the lights were on and it wasn't driving right. It didn't even back up or move .It is too dangerous in this State of .

I called Yesterday and again they wanted me to take it to Aamco. I just need to know if it rectifiable or not. I was planning on taking vocational Classes and need a car. It is hard to live here when your not a Shyster. If I don't make sense, I have a lot anxiety here.I have been through so much. It isn't just the Car. It is Vegas and the lack of Community.

This has been very stressfull for me. I haven't had my car since 9-12-21. I recieved a message from the Philidephia headquarters from a Rhonda Grant telling me my car would be fixed by the end of this week .The next day the Suburu Dealership texted me that they didn't recieve my transmission or parts yet .Let me make this clear . I don't trust PEP BOYS from DAY! I kept asking them for paper work.. to read and now they are worried about liability. I will not anything . They nearly killed me.

The guy forgot to put transmission fluid in my car. They argued with me like I was a crazy old lady. Maybe I Am. Though , I am not a spoiled brat and I pay my bills. Now I am stuck home. Not one of them Staff answered my questions.  I found out through the dealership.  Rhonda Grant is holding the parts host after promising to pay for everything. Now no one will talk to me. Her direct # is 2678653439. She wants my information . Very Corrupt People.

Store Manager Stuart called back 9-24-2021 told Suburu will take care everything and apologized. Stuart Said Pep Boys will pay for everything.  Hopefully , Suburu  doesn't fail me. This is shady Vegas.
