Perfect Nutra Solutions Repeated Sending of a One Time Order Mooresville North Carolina

I ordered ONE 14 day trial of their product, and I have now received 2 of the same thing. I wanted to bite it in the butt asap. On the initial order, I was only supposed to have to pay $4.95, however, I ended up paying that, plus $2.99 for shipping, AND $7.99 for lord knows what. Luckily, I immediately cancelled my credit card and got a new one, so I'm hoping that means no more charges from them. However, I also am afraid I'll end up with them saying I owe them money for the continuous influx of diet pills that I didn't even order. 

Also, the second package they sent to me was from a completely different company it seems? They also called my phone number and asked for all my credit card information: number, CVC code, and expiration date.
