Perfection Roofing Crappy job on flat roof - not done properly Lithia Springs Georgia

Perfection roofing was hired to fix a flat roof on a porch that was leaking. He did a lousy job. It was a self stick roof and they stuck it directly onto the plywood. They are supposed to put a backing on it. the roof comes up in the wind and the roof leaks. They also didn't put the flashing close enough to the chimney and cracked my siding on the chimney. Disaster.

Further, they didn't pay one of the subcontractors and he put a lien on my house for more than my invoice is. In addition to a bad job, I have to contend with a lien and a collection agency. Mr Perfecto Neri is NOWHERE to be found. And the subcontractor is not even in this country legally!
