This company leases the credit card terminal for $100mo and supposedly the benefit of that is a lower cost of processing. They do make you sign a contract which I understood however less than 7 days into processing the credit card terminals they prodided didnt function properly. We tried for a solid week troubleshooting and still more problems. They send a new terminal, same issue and more trouble shooting, still never worked right. In the mean time the few payments our company was able to process sent fraud alerts to our customers and locked up their credit cards. I gave it one more chance with one more machine and of course the same thing happened. We finally told Performance Merchant Alliance located in dallas that apparently its not going to work and we cant afford to loose any more customers over this deal. Thats when we realized those few payments we did process with Performance Merchant Alliance never were deposited to our bank. We did finally receive the money but they rates were higher than stated by the original rep. we signed up with, who by the way quit shortly afterwards. They continue attempting to charge an ACH Bank account debit each month despite the fact the equiptment has never properly functioned. Performance Merchant Alliance refuses to cancel the contract or quit charging our account but how can that be. Yes there was a contract which we agreed to in exchange for the services as described in the contract. Beware, Performance merchant Alliance most likely will not fulfill their end, only attempt to charge you monthly for services they are incapable of providing.
