Since April/2013 Performant Recovery has been garnishing my check for past due student loans. February/2014 they garnished $6700.00 from my federal income tax return, i have made serveral attempts to speak to anyone in this company regarding the removal of the garnishment from checks since my debt has been paid in full and still until today March 3, 2014 i have not recieved a call. when i call the receptionist is rude and transfers me over to a never ending stream of voicemails. i have left countless messages and still nothing.
