Perma-Seal, John Ferguson, Mike McEvilly Trying to keep my deposit for work never performed, Not not sign any documents from Permaseal Downers Grove Illinois

I received an estimate from Perma-Seal for crawlbase work,   when I determined the plastic liner was not my solution and requested a credit they are trying to keep my depoist with out performing any work.

I canceled the service and was told they would refund $652.00 of my $1194.60 depoist.   When I asked for a full refund they confirmed back no refund and would that they were keeping my depoist and would only let me us the deposit on future work threw them only.

They are doubling down on keeping my deposit with out any work preformed,   do not do business with this company as they are not trustable people and are trying to keep my deposit.
