Personal Creations No refund when I called within 60 days and a refund is promised Lemont Illinois

I ordered what I thought was a necklace by the photograph. It was called "Tear Drop Ornament." Sent it Fed Ex to a sister out-of-state.

When she got it the unattached "tear drop" would not lay flat on her chain. I called Personal Creations within 30 days and was told I could not return it because it was personalized. While it was true it was personalized, it came in two pieces so the personalized piece and the other piece were separate.

My sister sent it back to me so I could see it as I had it sent directly to her and did not know what it looked like, except what it showed on their web page and it looked like a necklace.

I called again today (now 4.5 months after I ordered) and was told I could not return it nore get any kind of credit for it because the 60 days passed. I told them I had called before the 60 days and was told by someone else that I could not return it.

I asked for the name of the president of the company so I could write a letter of disappointment to him or her. They refused to give out any name. I asked to speak the first person's superior which I did and she also refused to do anything about the item or give me the name of a person to write to. I was instructed to just send the item back along with a letter to "Returns Department", which I knew would accomplish nothing.
