I was looking for a place to find a personalized "push" present for my wife, who was having our baby, and was glad to find this site.  Alas, what a mistake!

I must admit, I failed to read their info closely and just assumed that a personalized gift would take a while to manufacture and send, and I chose a slow shipping method too since I knew we'd be crazy around the time of the birth.  So I wasn't worried as a month went by -- I was too busy staying up to all hours and taking care of my family.

Today I went online and followed their tracking to see what was going on, and discovered to my chagrin that USPS said that the package was delivered a month prior!  But it never did arrive.  We've had someone home 24x7 during this whole period, and see the USPS man all the time.  But this package absolutely never showed up.

At this point, I wasn't upset at all (just a little disappointed), figured there must have been a misunderstanding or misdirection in the mail they could help me sort out.  I dialed up a "chat" window and got "Maggie" as my rep.  I asked, what do I do in this situation?

"Why did you wait one month and two days to contact us?" was her only reply.  HUH?

None of their business, I thought, I just want to know what to do next. I've been in new baby limbo, where night and day blend together, etc etc

"After 30 days USPS can't run a tracking on the package" they said.

OK, I said, no problem, I'll just dispute the charge.

"You can only do that within 30 days" they said.  NOT TRUE -- 60 days is the usual limit, check your credit card agreement.

So dispute it I did this AM. We'll see...

There was a real hostility in their replies to my inquiries, not even so much as a "sorry to hear there's a problem."  And their lame attempt to prevent my exercising my rights with my credit card is extremely dishonest.

Jeez, this is a personalized gift!  What value would it have to anyone but me and my wife?
