I ordered a labor law poster from Personnel Concepts, I mailed a check and paperwork on 2/24/2016.

My check cleared the bank on 4/1/2016.

In September I received some mail from them asking if I wanted more posters, I realized I HAD NOT received the posters I ordered in February. I called Personnal Concepts on 9/2/2016, and was told by Zirgilio that my payment was mis-applied. He would make the correction and send my posters. I received a confirmation # and considered the issue resolved.  I received my poster in a week and moved on.

October 5th I received a bill stating that my posters had not been paid for. I called and spoke to Joy, who cound'nt seem to verify the fact that my payment was mis-applied, even though I had a confirmation #. I asked her if she wanted a copy of the check that cleared the bank, she said it wouldnt be neccesary and she would look into it.

November 17th I received a phone call stating, that I had an outstanding balance for my poster. I talked to Rizza (pronounced Reeza) she put me on hold..... disconnected

Called back spoke to Emanuel. Explained the whol story for the 4th time and he agreed to let me send a copy of the cancelled check. Hopefully this helps. However, I dealt with this company several years ago and they are horrible. They hound you to buy more posters constantly. They interrupt your business constantly. I did not provide them with a phone number this time so I thought I would be ok. Now I have this problem.

If at all possible. STAY AWAY from purchasing from them!!!! It's like the twilight zone!
