Recieved an official looking sealed business letter with the business address of PCI - Customer Compliance Department return address. Underneath was a statement: Business Mail - Time Sensitive.

Centered on the business mailing were the words in CAPS: Washington Businesses, Inside: 10 Federal and Washington Regulations affecting your employees, Immediate response requested.

The top portion shows my name and info as a business owner (I'm not, but have a web site), then a list of Washington Notices needed and Federal Notices needed for posting for employees.

To scare you into purchasing, the middle portion, in heavy black letters reads:Failure to compley with posting regulations can lead to fines up to $32, 786 (29 USC Sec. 2005). Return this form in the enclosed envelope to bring your business to compliance.

If someone isn't sure about starting a new business, they wouldn't know that it's easy to print those notices from the web sites of the US Govt and the Washington Government
