I paid for my 350 transmission up front and recieved the transmission several weeks later. I was not in a big rush for it as it was for a pleasure car. After recieving the transmission and finding it only worked apr. 50 miles in the several weeks i drove it I returned transmission via a crating company we use. Phoenix retrans has not fixed the transmission to my knowledge, has not returned the transmission to me, does not return my phone calls and messages, (I have made and left plenty, and has not sent me a refund. Because of the unethical business practices and the chance i have given them to remedy the situation I am considering filing a class lawsuit.
