PHOENIX REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSIONS i had transmission type A500 REMANUFACTURED, WITH 12 MONTHS/ OR 12,OOO MILES WARRANTY. TRANSMISSION FAILED AFTER 10 DAYS/ 800 MILES. I shipped the core/ old transmission back to the company, which i never received the $350.00 core fee. after many faxing, and letter writing, i am still not able to reach the company. PHOENIX Arizona

had a transmission type a500 remanufactured. received the remanufactured trans on 08/28/2008, with a 12 month/or 12.000 miles. a total cost to me was $1.534.00 which was taken out of my account. the transmission failed completly on 09/08/2008 with less then 800 miles on it. i shipped the core/old transmission back to the company on 09/05/2008, to get my core fee back of $350.00, after several letters and faxing to the company, i have gotten no response. please follow up.
