We operate an honest business and produce quality products. Our customers' satisfaction is important to us; if any customer is unhappy, a full refund is made immediately.

Due to the global nature of Internet marketing, on some occasions, demand for our products does exceed supply; this is due, in part, to our diligence in maintaining a stringent quality control process, as well as to the timing of bulk orders of quality materials, which keeps prices low for our customers. Completed orders are shipped on a first-come, first-shipped basis, and within a reasonable timeframe. (The average time from an order being placed to shipping is two working days.)
