Pink Plumber Upsell and Scare Tactics Smyrna Georgia

Never again will we call the pink plumber; total ripoff - to replace (easy) fawcet took less than 2 hours and charged $579 - considerint the $45 service call, that is over $250/hour for labor - which is crazy! Further, I had to run out and provide the fawcet.  He was in the house under 2 ours!.  My husband was out of town - or he would have fixed this in an hour - but I had to call a plumber - who then tried to upsell me all sorts of "urgent" repairs - that had to be done immediately at a discount - and the discount was about 5x what you can purchase from the big box stores.  He made a mess that my husband now has to clean up.  It was obvious that his job was to upsell more services not help me with a common problem - I will never again call or suggest that anyone call the pink plumber- this was an outrageous charge for labor only - and he even took the old fawcet so I could not show it to my husband - one has to wonder if it really needed to be replaced!
