I paid $39.19 for 20 minutes of Tracfone minutes at www.pinzoo.com using my PayPal account.
Of course I received no minutes at all!!! I did receive a message from them, that I needed to call 1-866-697-4696 to arrange my order???!!!
When I dialed this number on my Tracfone, it warned me about the $1.00 per minute charge!!!

The President of Pinzoo.com called me himself to apologize for the mixup. I did have two separate account with Pinzoo.com, and this caused the problem.

They offered me 20 minutes free Tracfone minutes as compliment.

I am satisfied, now!
