pioneer military loans rude, dissrespectful, did not do what asked, harrassed Internet, Nationwide

I was deployed from october 2009 to october 2010. In Novemeber or 2010 after being marrired I recived a call from pioneers debt collection and was told I was behind several payments on a loan. I informed them that I did not take out a loan with them and if they would please investigat it. They told me they would and not to make any payments until the findings were found.

A couple month went by and my wife and our children got orders to hawaii and pcs ed there. Soon after arriveing we recived another call from pioneer stateing if we did not make a payment we would be sued for the full amount. I asked about the investigation and was told none was ever opened. I asked again for it to be investigated they informed us they would not investigate it that theres no way I didnt take it out the man cussed out my wife and hung up on us many times when we asked to speek with a manager.

Needles to say we made a payment we didnt have to make. We contiuned to try and make payments and was still harrassed by pioneer people in different departments telling us make a payment or be sued we told them the samething. We wanted it investigaded and it NEVER happened.  Now were are being told we are being sued for the full amount and they wont accept a payment that we can afford to make with out our children doing with out.
