This company is a complete scam! Avoid at all costs they force you to sign a 51 month lease, for there equipment, then when it malfunctions, they offer a new 51 month lease and charge twice as much for the new machine. When you talk to a representative that handles your disputed they offer a settlement, you pay for the remaining months on the lease plus penalties and they let you out! Some fair settlement, it has become clear this company does not care one bit about the customers it serves only the total number of people it can rip off.

Forcing someone to sign an agreement is a crime. Were you threatened with bodily harm? Did they brandish a weapon? Did you file a complaint with your local law enforcement agency?
