Hello, On July 29th {Monday night} we tried to phone in an order unsuccessfully for about a half hour. We kept getting connected to folks that spoke a different dialect of english other than the dialect we speek in Texas and surrounding states, maybe all 50. 

so they did not understand us , nor did we understand them. So we drove to the pizza hut. which had only 3 people inside the store. They yelled out that a lot of workers were delivering. so we gave them the order. 

we came back 45 minutes later. We saw the manager in the back throwing food at pizza skins {Dough} and putting throwing them in the oven. One other guy was taking orders. After a 15 minute wait he gave us the pizza. I opened the box and found the meat in like a handfull on one side of the pizza. 

Should I really complain at this point? REally? After 1.5 hours of trying to get the pizza I wanted I was subdued. Dont go to this pizza hut, it is run like a crazed manager trying to get some bonus or promotion not proffesional.

who are you that you want to try to impede my credibility

 3 factors remain that are preventing that store from being a success.

1} the manager told me that they are corporate owned, that is why the calls are directed to somewhere else.

2} the manager told me they have a policy that everyone has to drive. This is a bad idea only a corporate moron would think of.

3} They need more staff. I have been a customer since they opened and i have seen for than 3 employees in that store.

You dont have to have any experience working in a restraunt to see this. About the promotion or bonus. I used to be a managment consultant for years. I know the impossible promises upper management makes to managers knowing that it is impossible. They dont care about that nice lady mangager who is trying to kill herselft to reach an impossible goasl.

It is people like you , that destroy lives, I am trying to warn my community , what are you up to , really.

 Okay this site is called RipOff report, and hard to see how you were ripped off?

You say you tried for 30 minutes to call in an order and didn't so ended up driving there.  Really?  So are they the only Pizza place in town?  A simple Intenet search shows that they are not.  You could have very easily just picked up the phone to another resturant who spoke a dialect of English that was acceptable to you so that you could order your pizza.    Of course let us not even go into the fact that Pizza Hut has On-Line ordering where you don't even have to talk to someone. 

Next, it was your last comment that really did you in.  There is NOTHING in your report or really any way a "regular" customer could determine that the only reason that the manager was "throwing" food was to get a bonus or promotion.

I am not motivated by anything other than to improve

I have been disabled for many years. When I was 15 in 1976 I worked in a pizza parlor and we called the dough skins. I care about atascocita Texas, nothing else. I know she was the manager because when I had to come in to order {which is hard for me} she introduced herself as the manager.

What have you done to keep people informed about your personal experences? This was mine.

 You have about as much of a chance of being just a customer, as someone has of winning 10 straight Powerball Lottery Jackpots.  You sound like an Ex-Employee who probably got fired and is trying to now "get them back", or perhaps you are a competitor trying to cause them to loose business.

You complain about how they use a different "dialect", but right after that you call the pizza dough "skin".   Next you seem to focus on the "manager", and end it with him trying to get some bonus or promotion.  How in the world could you come to that conclusion by seeing him throwing food around?..Nice Try though.
