PJP Health agency online pharmacy is a scam! melville, New York

I went to the doctor several days ago and was given a prescription for a topical gel. The doctor apparently ordered this prescription directly with PJP Health Agency during my visit. I phoned PJP Health Agency to find out more about the prescription and what it would cost. They told me it would be 124 dollars! My medical insurance is with PJP Health Agency and this cost is crazy! I told them to cancel the prescription because that is too expensive. The person said it was too late the order had been shipped to me already. I said I would ship it back then. He said they cannot accept it back. I said I would not be paying for it. He said then I would have a balance on my account. How can they ship you stuff without you authorizing the charges for it?? How can this be legal?? Seems only fair that people should be able to authorize these things before they can be shipped,otherwise they can ship you anything and say that your doctor ordered it.
