I have no idea how or where this company got access to my cell phone number.
So far I've already been charged $9.99 monthly for 3 months. Even though after I supposedly canceled after the first month.

When you call they tell you to take certain steps to request a refund. This is also part of the scam because they send you a "form" letter stating that you are not eligible for a refund.

I am about to do something drastic like cancel my Sprint service because I just don't know what else to do.

Also your phone company has to partner with these companies and permit them to place charges against your account. call customer service at your phone company and ask them to credit your account for the unauthorized charges.
