PODS Enterprises, Inc. Worst experience ever! Clearwater Florida

This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. When you call they make you feel like they care but in the end I feel it is a huge ripoff. 

They quote you a price for delivery and you think it is set in stone. It's not! Everytime I call I get a different amount quoted to deliver my belongings. I was orginally quoted in the $1200.00 range for 2 pods to be delivered.  Now the price has nearly doubled.

I called yesterday and within 15 minutes I received 3 different quotes for delivery. I thought it was pretty obvious the woman on the phone had no idea what she was doing so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She completely refused. Put me on hold, came back with a different quote 2 more times. Finally she advised me that a supervisor was not available and one would contact me back.

Today they called back and the guy was very apologetic but he was very arrogant as well in my opinion. He quoted me once again a different price that was even higher then the 3 from the day before. He continued to argue with me. It appears that they are the Court, judge, jury and peers in all areas when it comes to complaints. He refused to answer my questions regarding the differences in the quotes and said his was right.

He also advised me it could change depending on the season. I can not wait to get my belongings back from this horrible company. They will literally hold your belongings hostage. I am getting to the point where I will go rent a truck, unload them and never look back. This has been the most horrible expierence I have ever had with a company. I will never do business with them again.
