    We bought a PRO-SERIES pool from polygroup less than two months ago. The pump lasted less than a month. Upon calling the warranty department and waiting for nearly 2 hours, they told me to fax in the reciept. We did so and were expecting our pump in 7-10 days. (So we thought)

    It is nearly a month later and still no pool pump. I have faxed the reciept in 7 times and scanned and emailed it 3 times. This is among the COUNTLESS hours I have spent on the phone trying to resolve this. They said that they have not ever received any of these transactions and are waiting for me to do so. I COULDN'T believe it. 

    Today I called them again. After 40 minutes on hold I was able to talk to yet another customer service rep. that said she has not recieved my email that I sent two days ago. I went back to my sent box and sure enough it said it was received. I told her that I wanted to speak with a manager and she said she went and got a manager, but I never was allowed to speak with him/her. I told her I was once again looking at the sent email and that I was going to resend it now. I wouldn't allow her to get off the hone until she told me she received the email. MIRACULOUSLY, she said now that she received it (I only forwarded the saime email that I had already sent several times) What a joke!!!    

    She then proceeded to tell me that I should "BABYSIT" the situation to make sure it gets sent out. WHAT? Even she doesn't trust her own company. She told me to call back towards the end of the week to make sure they have sent the pump out. I said, "Let me get this straight. You want me to call back in a few days and wait on hold for another few hours to make sure your company did their job?" She told me that if she was in my position with the number of difficulties that I have already had with her company that she would call to check on them. UNBELIEVABLE!!

My suggestion is to never buy a POLYGROUP product in the first place. I sure wish we had never. We will be very careful to never buy another product from them again!!
