Pomacai Cleanse Charged my credit card with no permission, cancelled the order but didn't return money Glendale,California

I ordered the free sample of the weight loss product and agreed to pay the shipping. However, in my credit card account, I realized that they had charged me for $88.97.
I have contacted with the company and cancel my order. They promised to reimburse me money but never did it. I send them back delivered to me product but they again didn't reimbursed me money. It is practically impossible to call them. They never answered. Their phone 1-866-360-1477.
