Pool Depot ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Atlanta Georgia

yes i was also told that the at that time $299.00 pool was not worth it,but the elite pool is the best on the market chemical free and i only had to add a gallon of clorox bleach a week but i had problems with them delivering the pool i was told two weeks at the most i ordered my pool on 7-16-2001 it was finally delivered on 8-24-2001 at the end of summer.

i tried to cancel my order but they said they could take up to 6 months to deliver it so there was nothing i could do.I had the pool financed thru them or so i thought but now i owe 2 diffrent companies for this pool and pay off is about 11,000 for all. my pool has had the ring inside broke that i had to replace and now i have to buy a new light because it has a short in it and has since they put it in.

my biggest problem is how the price almost tripled on the pool after set up and for some reason my payments were late getting to the every month because they has sold my account to 2 other finance companys so i have 2 seperate payments going out every month.

i try to think that people are honest but as they have showed me you can't believe much of nothing any more and if this help (which i hope it does)they also told me that they had been in buisness for 25 years and didn't plan on going no where, that is another reason i purchased the pool they said if anything happened i could rely on them but now i have to call seperate companies to try to get all these pieces for the start up of my pool.... thanks!!!!
