I purchased my pool table on 9-08-08 and paid $2500 and they have not delivered my pool table. I contacted them twice during the process and they kept pushing out the delivery date. I assume they have stolen my money. No way to contact them, phone numbers and email are not working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I received a bankruptcy notice from an attorney for pooltablesdirect and have contacted them and left a message as far as where I should go from here.
The attorney I received the letter from is:

tel. 719-388-8899
I also went to pool tables direct website and show they have a new corporate address. I immediatley filed a complaint with the BBB in Atlanta. The new corporate address they have on their website is:
PO Box 105603
Atlanta GA 30348-5603
In addition, I discussed filing a police report in Texas for the company and was told by "Officer Eldredge" in South Lake Texas police dept. that this is a civil matter and I will need to contact my local Constables office and file a report. Will update this page after I find out where that leads me.
