PortForward Doesn't work. No way to contact support. Just takes your money with no refund option. BBB claims the business is not even in service at this time. There is no contact information besides the name Jason Bauer. I want a refund! Internet

        PortForward states it will help you route your network or security camera set up.  You expect a working program which you do not receive and real support which you also do not receive. After relentlessly try to make it work you read that there is a "No refund" policy.  They claim they will work with you until it is right. There is no :they."  The Better Business Bureau claims that the company is not even in business

        This internet service is a scam.  It takes your money and hopes you"ll just give up and count your losses.  Beware...


        Tired of this stuff.

We have a dedicated support team that is staffed by people who are able to get your ports forwarded. Tedie and Allen work full time forwarding ports for people, and when they have difficult problems they sometimes pass them on to me. You can find our support system here:


You can login to it with the username and password that you should have gotten when purchasing any of our products. If you forgot your username or password then you can use the "Lost Username" button to recover it.

Also, we monitor the "info@portforward.com" mail box that you see on our sales page. Sometimes it's me and sometimes it's Tedie, but there is always someone reading it and responding to the non-spam messages.

We stand behind our products and work very hard to make sure that everyone get's the support that they need. With some customers we spend so much time helping them that we actually lose money.

Regarding the "Better Business Bureau". They are an organization much like this site that requires us, the business owners, to sign up and maintain an account. We simply haven't done that yet. We have no complaints filed with the BBB.

If a refund is what you want, then you are welcome to it. We operate under the assumption that what our customers want is their problem solved. So many times we have people who are worried that they just got scammed out of their hard earned money and immediately demand their money back. We understand that you don't want to get scammed, and we aren't interested in scamming people. That's why our first response is usually something along the lines of, "Hey, we're not scammers. Why don't you let us help you solve your problem?"

If you need something else, don't hesitate to contant me or Tedie or Allen in the message system linked above. We will respond, because we respond to every, single message that we see.
