Posh productions Refused to pay Los angeles Ca

The terrible reviews that first started showing up for Posh Productions have somehow morphed into the owner's own personal diatribe and attacks against a competitor she clearly is highly threatened by. It's actually quite amusing to read. Is she paranoid? Desperate to deflect attention away from her own bad reviews? A nut job? All of the above?

Michelle Smith first started working for Now Productions as a PSO and performed utterly abysmally. She was fired for failure to work, unable to work the required five days a week for a variety of ridiculous reasons, reasons she would concoct on a weekly basis. So what does a fired flunky PSO do? She embarks on a strange downward spiral of starting her own PSO venture. Completely devoid of any originality or creativity, she named her new venture "Posh Productions", eek. Really???

Let's see, umm - "Now Productions", "Posh Productions", hmmmm. Since then she has spent in inordinate amount of time writing about the woes of her perceived slights inflicted by her big mean former employer/competitor - Now Productions, even somehow managing to recruit others to post false reveiws.  Keep it coming Michelle Smith. This seems to feed your obvious need for drama but your days are numbered in the PSO world.

If you spent half the amount of time on your own business as you seem to spend on this foolishness you would be doing so much better. Busy, successful people have little time for this. It's not as easy as you thought it would be, is it? 

I'm a PSO and we have our own forums where we discuss companies and our honest opinions. Jessica Bryant...Wow, lady are you on meth? You are admitting in your emails that you are going to leave fake reviews about this company and any PSO that challenges you. Also, you have stated that you will release potential contractors and past contractor's personal information via the internet. Ladies, pay attention. I would never give this woman any of my personal information.

I don't work for either company but if I had to choose one company it would not be yours, Jessica. You also are using this ladies' last name in some of your emails. You can see clearly from the screenshots.  How many times are you going to change your email? You are talking about percentages? That's up to a company and what business is it of yours what she does? You are known as a bully, not paying on time, not paying at all, shorting girls on minutes and saying disgusting things to PSO's.

This woman won't let you bully her and she's being very classy. You are truly a narcissist to the core. Also, try to omit b**** and I will f*** you up in every other sentence. You own a company? It's also nice to know that in one of your emails you make fun of us PSOs that make you money. This woman is standing still bravo to her. I don't know her. I don't work for her. I can say one thing she let you reveal who you really are. I suggest you do some soul searching or get professional help.

I am not sure what your problem is with POSH Productions and/or the owner is, but you obviously have major issues. I don't know it's sheer jealously, racism, or some other unknown factor. Whatever it is, only you know.

However, for you to be making slanderous and disparaging comments about this company and her company is uncalled for and extremely unprofessional on YOUR part as a company owner. It is even more damaging for you to be threatening girls who choose not to work for your company. The girls are free to work for whomever they choose to and do not deserve to be cussed at and badmouthed about who they choose to work for.

I have never seen such unprofessional and threatening behavior from any company, let alone an owner! What you are threatening to do with a person's private information is illegal and you are setting yourself up to be sued. You are providing evidence, by emailing and posting threats and publishing false statements about the owner and her company, otherwise known as libel.

In response to the post on this thread, a couple of posters use the same verbiage, not sure if you were aware of that which would imply that it is the same person (YOU).

All this nonsense needs to stop! It is in your best interest to stop now. Heed that advice or not, that is your choice. People need to work without being harassed and threatened by you. Your threats and libel are being taken very seriously and serious repercussions may follow.

You will no longer be graced by a reply from ANYONE associated with POSH Productions. However, all your replies and subsequent post will be duly noted for any future legal action deemed necessary.

After reading this insane drama which seems to be mostly coming from the business in question - "Posh Productions", I've decided to seek employment elsewhere. I have been in the pso business for close to 15 years and my suggestion to whoever runs this company is to just stop the drama, it makes you look really bad and very unstable. You seem so intent on explaining yourself and pointing the finger at your competitors.

Who knows, maybe you have some valid points but the way you are going about things is just wonky and incredibly unprofessional. It only serves to show people how coo coo for cocoa puffs you are. How are you able to spend the time you obviously have put into all of this drama if you have a business to manage? It is a very bad reflection on you and your business and gives people the impression that perhaps your business isn't doing very well and anyone that works for you is going to get sucked into some weird ongoing saga you are so bent on perpetuating. 

If you only realized how bad this makes you look you would change course immediately.

Jessica Bryant and Now Productions you making threats and trying to close POSH. As I've said before there's enough room in this industry for everyone. She's providing a link to her potential employees or even my potential employees.  The screenshots speak for themselves. Well, Jessica NOW Productions let's let your potential employees see who you really are. Classless, not professional and not very honest. You are intentionally making false reports. I have the emails from you, my lawyers cease and desist and the online police report for harassing via email and online. Stop it. I'm no longer addressing you and your madness.

This woman is completely out of control and an absolute menace to anyone who comes in contact with her. She is a small time operator working on the Niteflirt platform and has no more than a handful of PSOs working for her at any given time, not the "thousands" she claims to have.

She is deceiving people and as you can see by the numerous reports filed here, not paying people what is owed. She is the queen of excuses. She goes out of her way to spy on her competitors and creates drama everywhere she rears her head. I know who she is.

I have her full name, address, dob, and much more information. If you are someone who has been burned by her, contact me and I will give you simple instructions on how to get her shut down and banned from Niteflirt. This is the ONLY thing that is going to stop this crazy woman.

 WOW, I think that it is amazing that so many women are saying the same thing. I find that the owner of the company gets her new employees to make comments on these rebuttals and then gets them sucked into her bullcrap, we should just sue her collectively, take her for all she is worth.

From all the lies she has put out there, making us trust her, making us feel bad for her, then using it against us, and of course not paying us. We need to spread the word, Do Not Work For Posh. It's not worth it in the long run.

Her company has no tax ID, and again has anyone received their 1099's since working for this fraud company????? I haven't, and I can't wait for her to say something about her fake Lawyer, what a laugh, BRIDGET MICHELLE IS A LIAR! And everything about her is a lie.

And about the tips, when working with a company that uses Niteflirt.com's platform they do take a percentage (30%), with this messy company we receive the rest but Niteflirt gets their cut, it should have been explained but the boss is way too busy being fraudulent.
