Power Windows and Siding Same stuff happened to me!! Brookhaven, Pennsylvania

I just read the reports posted about Power Windows and Siding.  While I have to say the replacement windows were pricey they are very good and installed well.  The customer service is an NIGHTMARE.  My service was performed on July 13, 2009 today is January 29, 2010.  The salesperson sold me a service that they don't even provide!!  Upon installation of said service the technician got extremely agitated when I told him that I didn't want to sign the service paperwork.  I bullied me into signing it but I did note that it wasn't as the salesperson described.  I was very intimidated.  I requested to speak with the salesperson countless times to discuss this issue. Long story short, I tryed to work with this company. Every person I spoke to "dropped the ball and left me hanging.  Finally after six months of this nonsense I finally got in touch with the one helpful person in the company.  He confirmed that they can't do the job promised and that he would get me a refund.  The next day he came back and said that Director of Installation would only offer me half the money back.  This is the error of your salesperson and not mine.  The job is useless to me and they know it. I finally did talk to the salesperson and he more or less told me that I was lucky that the company is "working with me". How can a company have a consumer pay for their errors of their salespeople?
