So i heard the commercials and decided to get an estimate. I live in a 1 floor home that already had pretty new windows, but none of them matched and they were generally poor quality. I had a few friends offer to help me do them as i am pretty good at that stuff, also had other contractors quote the job. Power wanted $8000 to replace my 10 windows. I am a strong beliver in you get what you pay for. So i decided to let them them do the job.

The salesman came to my house at 8pm no problem, contract in hand. However the job supervisor had to come during working hours (9-4) (missed some work that day). The install crew came two months later to replace my windows. The 4 man crew went strait to work ripping all the windows out, then down to a 3 man crew, it took till 4:45pm to finish.

The windows all look different, the mouldings look like crap and the inside on some are completely unfinished! Now i have to miss more time froom work to wait around for their people to come inspect, then more time for them to "fix it" !

As Chief Operating Officer of Power Windows and Siding, I feel compelled to respond to the reviews listed on the Insider Pages website.  First, I would like to thank all reviewers, positive and negative, for taking their valuable time to participate in this review process.  We welcome scrutiny of our performance and we value the feedback of our customers experiences.  Our mission is to provide a gratifying remodeling experience to the families we serve and we are dedicated to exceeding their expectations. With this mission in mind, we embrace the feedback and criticism and make changes accordingly. 

 

In direct response to some of the criticism regarding sales methods, we sincerely apologize for any overly ambitious sales people.  Sometimes sales people who are energetic and determined are viewed as pushy or unethical.  We apologize for that and that issue will be addressed with the staff.  Please be aware, however, that we do provide discounts to families that help us be more efficient, save time and serve more homeowners.  This is simply a matter of economics, not salesmanship.

 

Finally, as for our products and service, we work tirelessly to satisfy our customers.  When a customer has a frustrating experience, we take that very seriously and will work quickly to remedy the situation. Our standards of quality, ethics and integrity are second to none.  The quality of our products is unparalleled.  Our installers have the highest level of expertise in the industry and we strive for impeccable workmanship.  We have served over 20,000 homeowners and, while we strive for perfection, its not always realistic.  If anyone has had a disappointing experience, call us immediately and we will fix the problem, no questions asked.  It doesnt matter when you were installed or what you had done. We stand behind our work and warranties 100% for life.    We pledge to all our customers an uncompromising commitment to their complete satisfaction.
