I decide to try the prado smokeless cigerette system since it was offered @7.95 for the start up kit, this price was to cover shipping the kit it's self was "free" .No trial offer time period was mentioned ( most deals like this give you the start up then make there money on the refiils ), so imagine my surpise when addition to the authorized charge of 7.95 I was charged 149.90.When I called the company I was also informed that my automatic shippment had just been charged to my card also ( another 69.90) The only thing I authorized at the time of my order was the 7.95 .How does this company continue to get away with this SCAM. There only reply to my complaints was that I should search for there "agreement & rules" in there web site , shouldn't all of this be made visible at the time you order ? I saw no " I agree" option of any  kind. I was forced to cancell my credit card to insure no further unathorized charges were made since this company obviosly can"t be trusted to honor my so called "membership" cancelation ( why do I have to cancel something I never agreed to in the first place). I also noticed in the 2 other complaints the was over a year between them why hasn't something been done about this company?

Refund

AUTHOR: Kathy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, June 24, 2011

I'm really glad you received your refund.  I only got back $100.00 of the $150.00 they stole from me.  Received my refund today and on my lunch hour, closing out my debit card.  There are some real horror stories on this website.
Thank you Ripoff Report for letting us talk to each other.

Got my refund!

AUTHOR: lmor - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 21, 2011

Anyone who is having a problem with this company, I went thru the AZ. Better Bussiness Bureu and got a full refund for 149.90 for the initial " free trial kit" and the 69.90 for my unathorized automatic shipment. Although there were still around 5.00 in "international transaction fees " on my bill ( from a company out of AZ. ?) I consider myself fortunate . There web address is http://arizoniabbb.org
