Greetings i will get to the point this american company fixes cameras and photo equipment customers complained
about not geting items fixed on time, the company blamed american workers and moved the company to mexico.
customers complained about shabby repair work done to there photo equipment. equipment was getting fixed
but when customers got there cameras back they still did not work, after paying for the repair. the company
blamed the mexicans for shabby repair work, so the company fired some mexicans, who they blamed. later it
was found out that the mexicans where getting ripped off with pay, they also did not have the proper tools
to fix the cameras nor did they have certified training, the company refused to pay the wages owed to the
mexicans, because they claimed cameras where not fixed. all the mexicans walked out and off the job at the
same time. they said no pay no work. the company moved back to the united states and set up shop in ct.
they are traitors to the american workers because they is up to no good the same old game. understand
that they get this photo equipment from best buy, target, walmart, bjs, sears the shop malls its basically all
the cheep junk from china, the cameras require special types of repairs that should be done by certified electronics
workers this company will not hire permanent certified electronics solder workers, they hire carpenters welders
fast food workers, and send them through a 3 day program, that consists of looking at photos of how a camera
comes apart, some time after these units are taken apart they dont go back togeather properly because you can
not see the smal parts i said they dont have the proper tools to fix your photo equipment properly. my friend
is a certified solderer, and profeshional engineer with a masters degree in electronics engineering he told me
that he worked for this pace a few years back, and they dont pay people properly to do this kind of work.
the average pay for this type of specialized work with certification, and training. is about $ 26-to-$27 dollars
an hour, a person qualified to fix this equipment should have a 2 year degree in electronics with solder
certification certificate, at min, my friend says they take any body and pay a lousey $9.00 bucks an hour they
also cheet workers on overtime, and my friend says that about 90% of there repairs aways come back for moor
they are sending out badly repaired equipment, so they can keep getting paid, basically a repaire skeem.
take the advice of my friend a master electronics engineer he said to telll you buy your photo equipment from
a camera specialty shop one of the best cameras is cannon, and olympus, the master told me if you want good
quality equipment you shoud be spending about $500 to $1000 Dollars, min, thats just on the camera alone.
always look at your equipment to see where it is made, all chinese products are not all junk. some are
very good but they are not cheep you get what you pay for, cheep camera, cheep and poorly repaired but
very hi repaire costs, to hi if you ask me, the camera cost $300 they want about $ 225 for repair, better to
just go buy another camera, well thats about it oh one moor thing this place called B,H photo online has
some good equipment there store is out of new york, there reputation is top notch, buy they are expensive.
thats about it good luck and be carefull when buying or repairing your cameras,
mr morgen
